MOP160 delivery charge within Macau will be levied.
Credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and dealt with accordingly.
The Venetian Fiori has the option to contact the customer to correct any mistakes in delivery details provided by the customer but is under no lawful obligation to do so.
In case the address specified by the customer is incorrect, The Venetian Fiori has the right to charge the customer the full amount of the purchase.
The Venetian Fiori acts only as a florist and shall not accept responsibility for damages, delays, and losses caused by reason of default, force, typhoon, flood or other events beyond our control. Every right is reserved by us to make such alterations as may be necessary due to unavoidable circumstances.
If the delivery was received and signed upon inspection, it is confirmed that our delivered product was in excellent condition. We are not going to entertain any refund or discount to conform to any company's policies.
